What data we collect and why
Name, company, email address, phone number, country and the content of your message. We use them only to reply to your request and, if you ask us, to prepare an offer. The legal basis is the handling of your request before a possible contract (art. 6(1)(b) GDPR).
How long we keep them
For the time needed to handle your request and for a maximum of 24 months afterwards, unless a contract follows: in that case, for the periods required by tax and civil law.
Who receives them
Netlify, Inc. (USA), which hosts this website and receives the contact form, and Aruba S.p.A. (Italy), which provides our email, both acting as data processors. Transfers to the USA rely on the EU–US Data Privacy Framework or on the European Commission's standard contractual clauses. We do not sell or share your data with third parties for marketing.
Cookies
This website does not use cookies or tracking tools. Fonts and images are served together with the website, with no requests to third-party services.
Your rights
You can ask to access, correct or delete your data, to restrict or object to its processing, and to receive it in a portable format (arts. 15–22 GDPR), by writing to info@meridiaproduce.com. You can also lodge a complaint with the Italian Data Protection Authority (Garante per la protezione dei dati personali, www.garanteprivacy.it).

Quali dati raccogliamo e perché
Nome, azienda, indirizzo email, numero di telefono, Paese e contenuto del messaggio. Li usiamo solo per rispondere alla vostra richiesta e, se lo chiedete, per preparare un'offerta. La base giuridica è la gestione della richiesta prima di un eventuale contratto (art. 6, par. 1, lett. b GDPR).
Per quanto tempo li conserviamo
Per il tempo necessario a gestire la richiesta e per un massimo di 24 mesi successivi, salvo che ne derivi un contratto: in quel caso, per i tempi previsti dalla normativa fiscale e civilistica.
Chi li riceve
Netlify, Inc. (USA), che ospita il sito e riceve il modulo di contatto, e Aruba S.p.A. (Italia), che fornisce la nostra posta elettronica, entrambi in qualità di responsabili del trattamento. Il trasferimento verso gli USA avviene sulla base dell'EU–US Data Privacy Framework o delle clausole contrattuali standard della Commissione europea. Non vendiamo né cediamo i dati a terzi per finalità di marketing.
